1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using LoyalStack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who Can Use LoyalStack
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be a shop owner or an authorized representative of a business.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- One account per shop/business. Creating duplicate accounts is not permitted.
3. The Service
LoyalStack provides a plug-and-play loyalty rewards platform for local Indian shops. Features include spin wheels, scratch cards, lucky draws, stamp cards, customer analytics, and more. Features available depend on your selected plan.
We offer a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
4. Plans & Payments
- Paid plans are available monthly or yearly. Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page.
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to the registered account.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.

Please see our dedicated Refund Policy for full details. In summary: refunds are available within 7 days of payment, subject to conditions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Abuse the reward system (e.g. self-scanning, fake customers, inflating rewards)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
- Upload malicious content, scripts, or files
- Misrepresent your shop, products, or rewards to customers
- Share your login credentials with third parties
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
7. Your Content & Data
- You retain ownership of your shop data, customer data, and content you upload.
- You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect and store your customers' mobile numbers.
- You must not collect customer data for purposes other than running your loyalty program.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Upon termination, your shop's QR rewards page becomes inaccessible immediately.
- Your data is retained for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
10. Intellectual Property
All code, design, branding, and content of LoyalStack belong to us and are protected under applicable Indian laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
LoyalStack is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered shop owners via email for significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
