1. Free Trial
LoyalStack offers a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You can explore all features of your selected plan during the trial period. Since no payment is taken during the trial, no refund is applicable for the trial period itself.
2. Refund Window
Once you subscribe to a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of payment. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstance.
The 7-day refund window starts from the payment date, not from when you started using the plan.
3. Monthly vs Yearly Plans
- Monthly plans: Full refund if requested within 7 days of the monthly payment.
- Yearly plans: Full refund if requested within 7 days of the yearly payment. After 7 days, no partial or pro-rated refund is available for the remaining months.

We process it within 3–5 business days
Once approved, the refund is initiated via Razorpay to your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 5–7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Request made after 7 days from the payment date
- Account suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described on our Pricing or Features page at the time of purchase
- Requests citing reasons like "forgot to cancel" — please set a reminder before your next billing date
6. Plan Renewals
Subscriptions do not auto-renew automatically — you will need to manually renew your plan before it expires. No surprise charges. You will receive a reminder email before your plan expires.
