LoyalStack ("we", "our", "us") is a loyalty rewards platform built for Indian local shops. We operate at https://loyalstack.in. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at support@loyalstack.in.
2. Information We Collect
We collect two categories of information:
Shop Owners (you, when you register):
- Name, business name, branch name
- Email address and mobile number
- WhatsApp number and social media profile URLs (if you add them)
- Shop logo (if uploaded)
- Billing and payment records (processed securely via Razorpay — we do not store card details)
Your Customers (when they scan your QR code):
- Mobile number (the only field required to play)
- Reward history — spins, scratch results, coupons earned
- Stamp card progress
- Visit timestamps
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your shop account and dashboard
- To run the loyalty rewards program for your customers
- To send you account-related emails (OTP verification, welcome email, billing receipts)
- To process payments through Razorpay
- To improve the platform and fix issues
- To contact you about your subscription or support queries
We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' data with advertisers or any third party for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third parties:
- Razorpay — for payment processing. They have their own privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy.
- Hostinger — for web hosting and email delivery.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers.
5. Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored on servers in India.
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store plain-text passwords.
- All connections use HTTPS / SSL encryption.
- CSRF tokens protect every form and API request.
- Database queries use prepared statements to prevent SQL injection.
6. Data Retention
- Shop accounts and their customer data are retained while the account is active.
- If you delete your account or your plan expires and is not renewed within 30 days, we may permanently delete your data.
- You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of incorrect data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Withdraw consent at any time

8. Children's Privacy
LoyalStack is intended for shop owners (18 years and above). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of LoyalStack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
